Return Policy

 

What is a Return Policy?
A Return and Refund Policy is the agreement where the hap store-health@priority informs customers about policies regarding goods returns and refunds.

For Online or Phone Purchases -

The hap store gives you an option to replace or return the products bought from www.thehapstore.com within 15 days of the receipt of the order. If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we will happlily take it back within said days from the date of delivery. We will either replace the product, exchange it, or issue a credit note if the product requested is out of stock.

You are required to first inform us, by means of an email / phone conversation (at the contact details provided at our website), about the return as soon as possible.
You may be asked to provide details about why the product is unacceptable to you, and this could require you to provide us with photographs of the received product.  

Please note we do not compromise on the quality of the product. There might be instances where you feel the product is counterfeit; we are 110% sure that the product is authentic & is applicable for use. We purchase all our inventory from licensed distributors. However, with instance to this; the first step is to call the store phone numbers and the customer care number provided at the label of the product.


Promotional Terms & Conditions: When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds, once approved, are processed within 10 working days from the day of approval. They are credited directly to your credit / debit card or via your mode of payment.

Sorry, there are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support Returns & Exchanges & Refunds -

The products is/are made to order specifically on request.
1.Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns.

2.Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you received it.

3.Return request is made outside the specified time frame.

4.Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.

5.Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

6.Improper storage of product. (As instructed on the product label)

7.For issues like allergic reactions, gastric issues, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc., products will not be applicable for return. Please consult a doctor before buying any of our products.

For In Store Purchases -

The hap store gives you an option to replace or return the products bought from any of its brand store within 15 days of the sale of the order. 
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return or exchange the item within 15 days with your receipt. A receipt is required for returns, exchanges and store credit. 
Purchases made with cash or a a credit card: a store credit note will be issued for your future purchases.
